Dan Brady has been my personal trainer since March 2011. In that time, I typically have had two to three sessions with him per week. Before I worked with Dan, I trained with several other professionals and I can say with certainty that Dan's extensive knowledge, attitude, and experience are far beyond the other trainers.
My primary goal is to stay healthy and fit. Dan works with me to achieve this objective. He continually changes my routines and adapts exercises to support my strengths and weaknesses. He listens to my feedback while paying attention to my performance and abilities.
Dan's extensive knowledge of anatomy and how the human body works is extraordinary. He is able to articulate how my muscles and nervous system should function. Understanding how my body is reacting helps me improve my performance.
In addition to our one-on-one meetings, I have also joined one of Dan's small group personal training classes. It's a fun environment where we work hard as a team under Dan's leadership. Even though there are several people in the group, Dan is still able to address my individual needs so that I continue to make progress towards my goal.

My coach Dan Brady is a hardworking trainer. He has a challenging perspective for training. He makes sure that my form and technique is correct and as perfect as can be. My coach teaches me different and new things like what football players do at training camp. He also gives me a choice of the different types of exercises. He encourages me to work harder each class. He helps me remember some of the patterns that I have forgotten. Since I have been training with Coach Dan I have gotten stronger and faster. I wish my class was a never ending class.

Dan is very talented and knowledgeable instructor/trainer. He has very good understanding of other people’s ability and need for exercise. He is always ready to help anyone with any kind of exercise/technique.
I was hesitant to do any kind of exercise and lift weight due to my back problem but after discussing with Dan on how to overcome the fear of doing exercise and getting trained by him, I have strengthened my back and can do various exercise and lift weight up to 100 lbs. Dan has also helped my wife understand and taught different exercise to lose weight and stay in good shape.
I am very thankful to Dan for being my instructor/trainer. He has helped me a lot to keep me active and fit by teaching various cardiovascular and strength and conditioning exercise/techniques.

I had been working out with trainers for 6 years before I started training with Dan Brady. Shortly before I started with Dan, I had hurt my back and it was very painful. Dan took a lot of time to try and understand precisely what my condition was and the nature of my pain. He also advised me to consult with a chiropractor and recommended me a very good one. The chiro and Dan proactively worked together to create a rehab program for me.
Training with Dan was very different when compared to my experience of training with other trainers. Dan brings a much deeper understanding of the human body to training and he really opened my eyes to what is possible in terms of getting to be stronger and more flexible.
