One-on-One Personal Training
The most common form of Personal Training offered. These sessions will allow the two of us to work on your specific goals and issues. This will allow you to progress in a more efficient way.
Small Group Personal Training
Groups of 4-8 people are a great way for people with similar goals to not only make progress together, but receive the motivation of your peers to keep you moving forward. This is great for small teams or groups of friends that like to train together.
Sports Performance
This type of training is for individuals or teams that are training for a specific sport or activity. Depending on the time of year (based on your competitive season) your sessions may comprise base fitness, be sports specific, or on a maintenance track. If you compete in more than one sport we can tailor your program to properly transition from one activity to the next as your seasons change. This can also be sports specific, position specific or generalized. Please take a look at the Sports Performance page for more detailed information on this type of training and focused breakdowns of several sports.
Corrective Exercise
When we consider old and new injuries, in addition to our society's growing issues with posture, muscular imbalances and joint dysfunction, there are few people out there that don't need some corrective exercise infused into their training program. This could be as simple as including some flexibility or mobility exercises, or as complex as post-rehabilitation training that re-teaches the body to move in the correct way.
Ski Instruction
I am a certified ski instructor through the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA). In addition to my skiing experience (40+ years), I try to bring a more valuable learning experience to my clients by leveraging my deep understanding of anatomy, physics and biomechanics.
