Knowledge is the key to your success. As mentioned in my training philosophy, it's important that trainees understand what they're doing and why. This page will act as a place for further explanation of exercises, programs, training ideas, etc. Some of this content is self-produced, while other content will be linked out to interesting and informative writing. I'd also like to point out that the information presented here is not only based off of my experiences training, but is usually derived from valid and reliable, peer-reviewed research.
