Summit Strength & Conditioning is dedicated to providing Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning services to individuals, small groups, and sports teams in the Waterbury, Vermont area. Depending on your goal, I'll help you increase your performance and/or fitness level, while also focusing on building durability so that you stay injury free. Through a proper and thorough evaluation we can determine what you need to work on to get you to your goal. I am currently looking for some Mountain Biking lab rats. If you live or work within a reasonable distance from Waterbury, and can commit to 3-5 days per week of workouts, please contact me. This pre-season training regime will last about 8 weeks and is intended to build the strength and durability needed to last the long season ahead.
