Summit Strength & Conditioning is dedicated to providing Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning services to individuals, small groups, and sports teams in the Waterbury, Vermont area. Depending on your goal, I'll help you increase your performance and/or fitness level, while also focusing on building durability so that you stay injury free. Through a proper and thorough evaluation we can determine what you need to work on to get you to your goal. As of May 2013 I've taken on the role of Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Norwich University. Working closely with Head Strength Coach Jeff Kruger, we are planning to take Norwich athletics to the next level. With a strong focus on injury prevention, various corrective strategies are being used to get the athletes to be more mobile and stable. By keeping them healthy and in practice, they'll be able to perform at a higher level in competition.
